There are a variety of alternative restorations, but for the discerning dentist and patient, Radiant Dental offers PFMs and full cast crowns. Our technicians use Arum mills and CAD/CAM technology to fabricate these restorations.
PFMs are produced starting with the substructure, and our dental laboratory offers gold, semi-precious, and non-precious PFMs. Full casts can be entirely fabricated in milled chrome cobalt. Both PFMs and full casts are offered as full-cast crowns, Maryland bridges, inlays, and onlays.
In addition to the above, Radiant Dental can provide crowns and bridges that leave the occlusals and linguals in metal to solve the problem of strong bites while buccal veneers remain aesthetically placed in porcelain.
Our adherence to tooth morphology, including the emergence profile and occlusal anatomy, plus marginal integrity are held to the highest standard. All of our restorations are checked for final contacts on solid uncut models to ensure accurate fits.
CAD/CAM capabilities can also reduce chairside time when your office submits digital-based files for PFMs and full casts. Consistent, ideal fits and equilibrated occlusion measurements make for a more exact restoration, and less visits to the dentist make both physician and patient happier.
